Substitutions Policy: Occasionally, substitutions of flowers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case, we will ensure that the style and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Is there a doorman/front desk where we can leave the flowers? 

 

 

 

In the recipients absence, is it ok to leave the arrangement by their door?

If they need to redelivery, we will change you a redelivery fee.
